I just came across a posting at the Jerseybites blog that has several fun looking soup receipes on it. I really want to make the Egg Drop Soup, it looks so yummy.
Go try some of the soups and let me know which is your favorite one! It certainly is soup weather still here on the East Coast! It is a balmy 38 degrees today.
