Nanny Adventures

I found out late last night like at 11pm when Kidlet #1 walked in the house, that he doesn’t have school today..sigh.  

I just got a phone call on my cell (he is up 2 flights of stairs) and it does like this”

me: “hello”

kidlet “You look beautiful today”

me: “You haven’t even seen me yet today”

kidlet: “Yes, but you look beautiful everyday”  (me laughing”

me: “What do you want with the car?”

kidlet: “I want to go to Quizno’s and get something healthy to eat. I will bring the car back in 30 minutes”

me: (laughing still) ” There is salad and healthy stuff in the fridge”

kidlet: “I don’t want to go overboard on healthy stuff. I will get you something too.”

me: “I ate a salad already. We are having chicken/onions, rice & beans, brocilli and oranges for dinner.”

kidlet: “Great, I will be down to get the car in 10 minutes”

me: “ok” (rolling my eyes)

When he comes down in a few he will also be hit with the task of getting the two large cases of water out of the car I got yesterday at BJ’s.

I just nannying for a 17 yr old. They really do need a nanny still, how else would they be able to go to Quizno’s for a healthy lunch?
