Nanny Adventures

So Kidlet #3 and I are excited that the Fall season of TV has begun.  Last year they got me hooked on One Tree Hill.   Now this was the 5th season last year, I NEVER watched an episode. Last season was hysterical in the fact that they had a nanny on there named Carrie. Now Nanny Carrie was/is a horrible representation of a nanny.   Last season she kidnapped her charge, hit on the dad etc.  This season she has ran over Grandpa Dan, and is in the process of plotting to kidnap Jamie, her former charge.   It is funny in ways, but terribly sad how the show portrays nannies.  Atleast I know my kidlet knows that she is not a real nanny. He even says she needs to get the death penalty for what she is doing.

Last week was the premiere of 90210.  I remember watching this show in high school and being so bummed when I went to college, that we didn’t get FOX.  I missed 3 seasons of BH 90210.   This new season is pretty interesting in that it has some of the orginal characters coming back.  The real question is who is the father of Kelly’s little blond curly haired 4 yr old son!

After 90210 we started watching Privelaged.  This is about a girl who just got hired to be the “tutor” to two girls so that they can get into Duke. If she succeeds getting the girls into Duke, then grandma will pay off her student loans.    It looks like it will be cute. 

So as a nanny, I am now watching trash television with my kidlets and getting paid for it! :)  Really my job is tough at times. Mondays and Tuesdays just happen to be the easy days of television evenings following 2 hours of homework.
