I have received several positive responses to my blog post on Turn off that Playstation and computer! I even had one person ask if this “electronic time” could work with her husband. I am sure you could use this for all ages. You might have to change the consequences for those over the age of 18, but give it a try and let me know. 
A few weeks ago a long time career nanny friend of mine sent out a link to a website that has charts for kids. These charts cover household chores, hygiene, homework, behavior, activity and other things. This site is awesome. I wanted to share it with everyone because often nannies and parents struggle at times to find a chart that works for them. These charts seem to work. They are also interactive. The website helps your child learn responsibility as well as money saving skills.
This is the invitation I could send out to my friends for the charts:
