I have known Kathy Webb of 4nannies.com , Nanny Network and since coming to the DC area in 1996 as a professional nanny. Last year, she undertook the wonderful job of blogging updates on Nannytaxes. Her blog has provided me with so many “tax” updates that I wasn’t fully aware of among other things.
Today’s blog was especially interesting as she talks about the $400 tax credit, President Obama has enacted for 2009.
On her website called she has a nanny tax calculator. I have used this calculator as long as I have been a nanny here. I have shared this calculator with hundreds of nannies and families who are trying to figure out what their paycheck should be. Check it out. The great thing is that it is now updated for the April 1, 2009 changes for the Stimulus amounts to be given weekly.
