Nanny Island was created by someone I have known in the nanny field since 1998 or 1999, Deb Smith. She has had great success with www.4everythingnanny.com and www.nannyclassifieds.com . She has been very supportive of ADCAN, the former NAN (National Association of Nannies) and INA. I have seen her many times at previous NAN and INA conferences. She has contributed numerous things over the years to ADCAN and the other nanny support groups out there. So why not join here in this little piece of paradise she has created for us.
